Kind Practice Yoga came about after the birth of my daughter in 2018. During my pregnancy, Prenatal Yoga helped me to keep moving and I met so many beautiful women who still remain my friends today. After our birth, Yoga helped me to ground myself, to find the joy in the little moments, and to stretch out all those tights muscles. Pilates helped me feel strong in my body again and regain the belief that I could do hard things. Both helped me forge connections and community with other mums and likeminded women.
This is why Kind Practice came about. My vision was to create a safe and supportive space where women could gather to move their bodies and have their babies with them. Where women could meet likeminded mums and forge connections in a time that can often be quite lonely. Where women can be heard, seen, welcomed and uplifted.
