Feeling tension in your neck and shoulders? Noticed your posture rounding during those late night feeds or baby cuddles? Whatever your motivation, come and join us in this 45 minute gentle yoga class, designed to release tension in those typically tight areas of your body. With a different focus each week, we work towards lengthening and strengthening in a slow, gentle sequence of postures.
Baby Yoga and connection with bubs is woven into the class, however the focus remains on mum, allowing her the space do something for herself.
A 45 minute class you can bring bubs along to while you focus on building strength, balance and control. Each week will have a full body focus, delivered through a sequence of Pilates exercises that are tailored to postpartum mums. No matter whether you are just returning to exercise or are looking to start challenging yourself a bit more, this class will meet you where you are at.
