A gentle, 1 hour class suitable for all stages of pregnancy. In these sessions we move through a range of postures that target keys areas of the body that can often feel quite tight as your pregnancy progresses. We have a big focus on the three parts of the pelvis, learning ways we can help to keep your pelvis mobile to support you in pregnancy and birth.
During our hour together we also have a focus on breathing techniques for labour and everyday life, the pelvic floor and core muscles, and we always finish with a relaxation.
Running for 45 minutes, this class helps you to maintain strength during your pregnancy as well as gently stretch any tight muscles. With a focus on breath technique, engaging your pelvic floor, deep core muscles and body alignment, this class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
